For Callan, a dedicated high school and travel ball player and the founder of Backstop Leadership Initiative, baseball has always been about more than just the game. He learned firsthand that the most crucial responsibilities behind the plate extend beyond calling pitches or throwing out runners. They involve leading teammates, communicating with confidence, and always prioritizing the team's success.

Through mentorship, leadership lessons, and specialized catcher-focused instruction, Callan is passionately dedicated to helping young players discover that true success is measured by integrity, respect, hard work, and service to others.
